During the Eurotournoi in Strasbourg last week we saw first-hand how much the people in France like Handball Challenge Training Camp. Our booth really catched the eyes of the fans. Even the final between Montpellier with superstar Nikola Karabatic and Chambery didn’t stop some of them from playing HCTC. The tournament was actually won by Montpellier. After the great feedback in France we can proudly announce that we were able to agree on a partnership with LNH-side Paris HB, our first cooperation with an international club.

We are just back from Munich where we were able to see a very exciting Supercup between Kiel and Hamburg. As usual we offered a lottery, but this time we had a very special prize for the winner. Everybody who filled out one of our postcards had the great chance to win a signed jersey of Filip Jicha. Why exactly him? The answer is very simple, the superstar of CL-winner THW Kiel will be the tutorial of our next mini-game, penalty shooting, which will be released in September. Until the release of the mini-game we will keep you up to date about our latest HCTC-member.

As we already announced earlier we are currently promoting our game at various events and we have some major highlights coming up in the next days. On Friday we will go to Strasbourg to the Eurotournoi trying to excite some of our French neighbors of Handball Challenge. Our booth will be there as well and also join us on our trip to Munich on Monday, where we will promote HC at the Supercup of the TOYOTA Handball-Bundesliga on August 24th between CL-winner THW Kiel and HSV Handball. Maybe you will be in one of the two arenas, if not you we will let you know what's up on Facebook and on our website, just as usual. You can already look forward to a lot of great pictures!

After a great weekend at the German beach handball championships in Cuxhaven we are happy to have excited many new handball players and fans from our project. Right at the booth we offered a lottery once again, with three Handball Challenge fan-packages as the main prize. We already informed the lucky winners. The Stranddeko Minden actually won the German beach title in the women’s tournament, while the Sand Devils Minden won the men’s competition. Some of the pictures of the weekend are now available in the section “Media”. We will also announce our next promotion stops later this week.

Very fittingly we will start our trip with a summer-like event. The German beach handball championship will be our first stop. From July 31st to August 1st you will be able to play Handball Challenge Training Camp Vol. 1 at the stadium right at the beach of Duhnen in Cuxhaven. More locations of our international tour will be announced soon. So don’t forget to check our website and also our page on Facebook regularly to stay up to date. Of course we will offer you various small lotteries once more.

After the release of Handball Challenge Training Camp Vol. 1 we were contacted by the download portal Softonic and the blog magazine Polygamia to answer some questions for them. They now posted the interviews on their blogs, where we talk about topics like partnerships, financing, information about the team and the plans for the future. Handball Challenge is becoming mainstream! Well, not yet, but almost, since HC Training Camp Vol. 1 is part of DVD added to the latest Computer Bild. With an overall print run of 690.000 issues the magazine is the biggest computer game journal in Europe. Our mini-game series is also presented on a whole page with a guide. We hope to convince some more people to play our game and fall in love with the great sport of handball.

The football World Cup is about to end and we are already looking forward to the new handball season. We used the last weeks to improve Training Camp Vol. 1 and to make sure we can offer you more mini-games and new features in the future and also make the game even more enjoyable for you. The latest update, which you can download directly from within the game if you are a registered user, includes some bug fixes and small changes in the structure system. We eliminated all problems that happened during the registration and a runtime error, which occured while using special characters and led to a crash of the game. You can also download the improved Vol. 1 completely if you like. The third option is to start the updater manually. You can find more info regarding the update and a detailed description how to install it in the release notes.

Handball Challenge Training Camp Vol. 1 is online for almost a week now and in the meantime some of the most important game platforms already reported about us and also offer Vol. 1 as a download, like Gamestar, Gamershell, Demonews and Softonic. Softonic also released a small rating and we are very happy to say that Vol. 1 was rated as "outstanding" - wow! On Chip.de we are currently ranked sixth on the download charts in the category of sports and simulations. We added the most important download platforms on the right side. You can also find the list in the section "Media" on the left menu. There you can choose the right option for your download. And by the way, if you already collected credits and experience points during the beta version, then they will be transferred to the real training camp during the installation. You can also update the game directly from the beta version. In case you got any questions please feel free to check our board, where people are already discussing the topic.
